Look like Utilico not whacking it at least. As I said before they'd be pretty foolish selling now in the lead up to all of this very exciting news. Utilico have an average price of at least 2.25c as they provided the convertible note for 174m shares at 2.25c and I assume they participated in the 4c and 3c placements, so they have an average price of around 2.5c.
Selling at 0.8c means they're taking ~70% loss. I guess they're probably a big enough fund to not really care what loss they take but even so, if you've been reading each news item for the past year you'd figure that now is a period for TSN when they are just about to hit their straps.
Let's see if any sub- holder notices come out next week.
