My view:
Option 1: 100c now ...nothing less
March 27 valuation ...the day receiver apppointed
Option 2: its the courts, and there I claim full restitution of the portfolio, plus damages, plus costs
If the ANZ wants a quick and easy end to this then it should offer option 1.
