ANZ Nominees treated Opes clients as having beneficial ownership, through corporate actions activity. ANZ Nominees is a subsidiary company of ANZ Group.
ANZ Nominees did not, to my knowledge, give Chimaera and Tricom clients the same treatment.
It just appears inconsistent, as all models relied on the standard AMSLA.
