And plank, its not just the $95 million, its the amendment of the ALSLA on the portfolio valuation method on the counterparty defult. That is another few hunderd million plus into the pool.
That is before discovery of the real events, and what ANZ really did in its transactions over 4 years with Opes Prime.
ANZ have lost many battles in the past few weeks, the banks position looks bad, and no Crawford report yet!!!
