Hi Omarz, with respect I think you're on the wrong track here. MW & MH are the senior partners at MQB and to the best of my knowledge they are very good friends. In my view the only ultimate difference in performance will be the underlying economics of the projects. You only need to look at the cross-representation on the boards and the top 3-4 holdings in most of these vehicles to realise that this is a sophisticated and mature partnership.
In trust me shells like SBL and OVR, what else is there to rely upon?
IBR / TMR is somewhat different and personally, I don't think this is a sell out but rather a significant improvement in the development and production skills required to transform IBRs early successes into a fully fledged mid-tier player. DYOR
