To list on a market it helps to have a friend or a relationship with someone/people with connections to people in the markets AND it also helps to have a lot of money.
Point 1. Peter van der Made had a relationship with someone, who had a relationship with the CEO of AZK.
Point 2. BrainChip either didn't have the $1,000,000+ or he didn't want to spend $1,000,000 + to do a listing . In doing a reverse listing with AZK, BrainChip got paid $400,000. Pretty smart if you ask me.
