TCL and LLC today announce financial close to build 9 km twin tunnels between M2 and M1.
The concession is to 2048.
TCL owns 50% of the project
Tolls on trucks are to be increased by a factor of 3 times car tolls. This starts this month and is incremented 9 times until it reaches the factor of three.
Tolls in the tunnel are ear marked at todays M2 tolls and increasing quarterly by CPI or 1% whichever is greater
