Agree 100%. Something people may have missed, I don't recall NXT opening any of their current dc's with more than 2.5mw however a recent update from Morgan's said they will be opening S2 with 6mw installed capacity. Given the fact that sales are closely aligned with fitout, I take this as meaning some big contracts are ready to go for S2. Agree if it pulls back to $5 I will be topping up. Gltah
