With tenants now moving in to M2 and s2 underway and set to open next year, I can't help but think another dc build might be on the cards. Especially now that NXT are leasing S2 and didn't spend the money to acquire ajd. Plenty of $$ in the kitty to continue fitout of dc's. Plenty of $$ coming in, where is the next investment? Thoughts?
