Nearmap is 17th September. Based on the progress it would be a real race to finish before the end of the year.
Let's say NextDC's M2 in February 2017 was at a roughly equivalent point to where Airtrunk was in Nov 2016 (pushing dirt around, levelling the block).
Airtrunk finished stage 1 & opened September 20 per announcements (just over 10 months).
Based on all these assumptions and for a similar build speed, that would put NXT M2 at late December.
That said I am not sure how disadvantaged Airtrunk was by a Christmas shutdown.
