I'm in ladies and gents - I was able to pick up at 3.7/3.8 yesterday (albeit, cost me a lot more than my first entry )

Keen to see this through to a producer.

My opinion on management is that they are clever business people and know how to run a business but can also interpret what's in the ground better than most.

I've seen other companies that have a great business leader, get pumped up to the moon then drop like a sack of potatoes. Or, great geologists, have the goods in the ground but don't know how to sell the company to future shareholders.
