I really don’t think it will be sub 4c much longer. Just a matter of getting the next round of prospect updates into the market…and shinning a big light on the value of each project. When the penny drops and demand comes I don’t anticipate the supply side will be able to keep up. It’s going to be fun to watch if/when that day arrives. Bring it on! GLTAH.
