Bought RIS yesterday.
Have been stalking it for a couple of years.
I liked the "broadening" of the substantial holders base....which adds some balance & potential fresh capital for expansion....Also some demands for dividends.
The founders now hold 40% ,The 2 new entities hold 35% ( it is worth mentioning that they acquired their stakes at 16.5c...not 5c)
We should expect decent return.
Almost impossible to trade ,but a good longer term hold.
