Could someone who didn't fall asleep half way through the latest release, explain what It all means?
From what I read, the unsecured creditors are 'securing' more of the shareholders asset by way of convincing us to vote in favour of this. Consolidation means putting shareholders as 'token owners',(3%) and transferring the majority of allocated shares to these two creditors, who upon Marions next failure, will get the first stab at any of the assets that may be left, before the rest of the shareholders. I would rather donate my shares than be bullied or bullshitted out of them. Any feedback would be appreciated.
