i believe yes, AXM is a spec small cap still classed as an explorer. After the first pour i believe it will then get re-rated.
The sell pressure, who knows, i still wouldn't put it bast being a disguised accumulator however GoldmanSachs have underwritten this last placement and may have some stocks to sell, likewise they may have some investors wanting in on the cheap.
