Your post is right. The Mabilo project is stacking up to be of a similar equivalent grade, but remains open and open at depth. People sell because they are trading and don't understand the project as yet. The company has put out enough holes now, for some people to work this out. It's clearly a long life,open, high grade resource. A lot of people today don't have interest in resources at the moment and have been chasing tech rainbows for the last year. This will end of course, all booms do. The market is blind to the obvious, as endless articles, brokers and investment banks crap on about things. Half of them only talking their own books, like Goldmans does about the gold price. dont get me started on just how many times these sorts of bucket shops get it wrong. they have turned the market off the sector,( they would be short, but will also change their minds on the trade) but it provides one of the greatest opportunities ive ever seen in resources. The value in resources is almost unequalled and the patient money is moving into good projects while the herd is asleep. Great time to buy discounted near term producers like this IMO. It's frustrating to think that things can be obviously undervalued, but I have been topping up every time they tick a box. There is no way we would ever be able to buy this stock at a 1/3 rd of its value in a semi normal market,so take advantage of it. The results speak for themselves. People were selling SIR at 25c because it jumped from 5c, then they sold it hard at 50-60c range, only to see it raise money and it hit $5. This tells you the stocks are full of people who only look at share prices and returns, they don't understand the underlying asset. The funds will turn up when the resource statement hits. They have mandates. This is when SRM will go through that register change. The traders will leave as they did with SIR, and the invetors take over. The merger , cash, twin listings, and new management team are the line up for our next stage of growth imo. Smells good to me. Dyor.
