    What is of more concern, Big Mac could turn around and make an attempt to take over the company with out the pleasantries. This coy could be taken out cheaply and Big Mac has the funding to do it, they are after all a top holder.

    The central market cap makes this Coy vulnerable to be taken over by aggressive means,

    All Big Mac need to do is accumulate more than current holdings and take the company over by way of %
