Yes, there is absolutely NO causal connection between the fact that Macbank shorted MSB, then issued a negative report, that contained gross inaccuracies that forced MSB to issue a corrective ann.
They get it right because they ....are geniuses?....OR they make sure it happens to cover their shorts. Let's think about that.
Ways they can make it happen? Well, issuing a misleading report is a great start to triggering a sell off in a nervous period following the GFC. Because advisers don't understand biotechs...we've got one in here with 27 years of experience and he admits to not understanding biotechs...but he sure is good at being scared....so then you trigger stop losses with a bit of selling, it gains momentum...and viola. Genius!
Having a market that is only interested in dividend payers is another sustained trigger. As are low volumes.
After 3 years of this rubbish, the self fulfilling prophecies of Macbank get trumpeted in HC as being genius.
(Next you'll be telling us that Macbank doesn't manipulate the market....squeaky clean! )
