It is illogical to assume that Teva would let MSB run out of money. You raised it as a possiblity or likelihood, I reject it as illogical for the reasons stated.
Yes, I am speculating on the mechanisms they might use, and those mechanisms might vary. That doesn't make them illogical. Also they haven't got to that stage yet, why do you say it should have been announced?
