Mac Bank demands its pound of flesh
Mac Bank gets a two year option over about 20% of the Company for a relatively low price of 30c, just for a small loan for 9 months.
Mac Bank will probably get GMG to retain its dividend for two years so to guarantee the price is above 30c on retained dividend alone.
