Thanks - I was aware of this article but can't see any announcement to the ASX or mention in the financial accounts.
The lack of disclosure was my concern about it, especially the March article linked at the start of the article you posted that has the IR contact at DSH confirming the acquisition 6 months after the fact and confirming the closure of acquired loss making stores.
