Everybody on the Noddy Train please, get seated, suck your thumbs, whilst we go about more EIS Studies, Flora and Fauna, Endangered Species and Aboriginal Artifacts, so MacArthur can try to secure this 74 hectares. Tenure for this, should have been done years ago. Another massive fail for MacArthur.
If the studies find a chicken bone or a trinket, this project is off. Let's see what conditions, the Land Owner places on this Tenure. If it's the ALC, this will drag for years.
