I think board have played it well for shareholders - held out long enough to let others do due diligence, got a higher offer from Peabody which they have now recommended knowing that it will only force a competing offer should there be one luking out there

IMO best bet is to hold - only downside is time - worth it on chance higher offer will arrive which I would guess at between $17-$18 - & who knows Paebody may counter again?
