Here's an excerpt from Macca's response email today in regards to the new MM 240 SSS & the MOU too...

'Thank you for your email - my apologies for the delay in replying but I have been overseas on annual leave.

As you can appreciate I can only inform you of matters in line with what the market has been informed.

I will provide a further update to the market on Wed at our EGM.

Suffice to say, whilst there have been some delays out of our control, I know of no negative factors to the matters you raise.
