However i have a sneaking suspicion that someone is keep the price down for accumulation. Ever since it was announced last week that BLY has entered the ASX100 the price has attempted 3 times to break out of the 30.5 - 32c range however eachtime it tried sellers jumped out and squashed it back to 31's again.

Alot of insto's need to have holdings of stocks that r in the ASX100, BLY being a new addition would require many instos to buy up this stock, so imo the SP may be kept down so instos can buy up to weigh up their index holdings....

therefore us small investors need to be patient n wait for the insto's to finish buying up then the SP can move forwards.

if you think about it, there hasnt being any bad news for BLY recently, many +ves yet the SP is still lower than average.
