SSkim, The trend is your friend. I wouldn't bother too much with charting details here. A very large down trend that would take a retrace above 90 cents before I would even consider looking at the charts to assess. Look at the charts from the last 3months. You don't want to catch a falling knife which this clearly is. Compare this chart with BLR and you will see the same downward spiral....
