"Participation in the (DYL) SPP Offer is optional and is open to all shareholders who were registeredas a holder of Shares as at 5.00pm (WST) on Wednesday, 17 February 2021 (Record Date)"
So as long as you meet the above criteria as a DYL shareholder, you will receive an offer under the SPP.
A shareholder can potentially be an individual, partnership, company, trust, super fund, etc.....
