The amount of cash on hand they will have at 65 cents share price would make it very overvalued compared to peers. I expect a run up to 80cents soon. When Bannerman did the CR the shareholders didnt panic, the new shareholders in DYL had shaky hands though, I still dont think it should have dropped this much due to the CR but it is what it is.
