my two cents..
i reckon the volume and price rise can be attributed solely to the extra publicity for the report and note in the paper, rather than a pending annoucement (although we are due one). PEN has gone without attention where the likes of Toro and THX have been in the media and been fodder for people seeking a U play. PENs only real coverage has been on this site. The summation of info in the hartleys report would have pieced together a story than would not have been so obvious to people outside of HC. Certainly i think day traders assumed this and will take to cash to the bank on friday. As someone said earlier today all publicity is good - so long as the fundamentals justify it.
