Instead of describing it as falling 6 short on the F523 tally, it is a 20% shortfall on published target/budget for the FY24 period. That is a massive miss in anyone's language.
Makes a mockery of most things that they forecast and get discussed here!! How do they be kept accountable for such large misses of targets??
