definitely new....i was on the voda site a week or two ago and it wasnt listed then.... Wonder if they will announce anything. Would be good to find out what its targeting etc......I have got the sense that NTC mgmt are being careful to under-promise over deliver....Most spiv companies would be broadcasting this to everyone making a big song and dance to jack up the hype. NTC have let a few potential announcements slip by.
