Your order of operations is absolutely correct as per PFC Ann. on 9 July,2012.

Also note that the DRILLING of O-3H ' is expected to take 4 to 5 weeks'.

So, 9 July + 5 weeks = say 16 August for completion of drilling (only).

MacIntyre-2 is the first to be fracced. As the (Halliburton) 'fracc spread' equipment for this operation is completly different to drilling, they may already be on site (before completion of DRILLING of O-3H is finalised.

They (HB) may only have to wait for the Operator to return to the M-2 site for supervision/coordination before they can commence, i.e., there may not be a further wait from 16 August.

Either way, certainly getting close

The BKP Ann. of 9 July - 2nd para - staes that the completion programmr will be ready for commencement (NOT completion) in approx 3-4 weeks, subject to notification by the opertors (PFC?Statoil presumeably)
