I cant help with your specific query, but I am damn sure Cougar's Wandoan leases adjoin or are in very close proximity to Xstrata's on again off again Wandoan mine which could just be the largest in Australia ... if it doesn't interest Xstrata maybe it could interest a savvy group prepared to negotiate use of shared transport infrastucture?

I also reckon your question could be extended to having a look at all Cougar coal leases and their proximity to existing/planned mines.
