Well, if you are going to put your hard earnt money into MAH, I'd wanted a good thesis for why its going to re-rate higher.
If its EPS accretive in the first year I'd bet you anything a thousand investment bankers would be pitching it to Wall and Scott on a weekly basis. More likely to happen.
Having said that accretion will occur when a higher PER company buys a company on a lower PER. Doesn't seem like thats evident here (from the above figures). Although I query the accuracy of the figures posted on this thread.
Guess people have to do their own research and feel comfortable with the figures!
