In terms of estimates for a 2018FY yes. That's what 2017 is isn't it??
They signed contracts to produce 140kt at $905 in 2017. Only reason that pricing carries into 2018 is if they don't produce their contracted tonnage. Or obviously they sign a 2018 contract at the same price.
