It is the screwed up irrational Aussie market. While other countries got on with life after the GFC (most indices have gone pass their pre-GFC highs), the little aussie bleeder is still emptying it's nappy.
Example: I have a small number of shares in a explorer - miner TON, they have released probably around 10 absolute sensational mindblow positive (getting the picture) announcements over the last quarter and everytime they release one such announcement the S/P gets hammered. Why - is the question I can't answer but I know it is irrational behaviour.
