Noble Group Fully Supports Territory Offer

Noble Group (SGX: NOBL) ("Noble"), a global supply chain manager of
agricultural, industrial and energy products, confirms its support for Territory
Resources Limited's (ASX: TTY) ("Territory") takeover offer for the entire issued
capital of Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX: CSM).
The details of Noble's support and the terms of the takeover offer are as per the
attached announcement made by Territory today.
This transaction is in the ordinary course of business and accordingly is not
material for the purposes of Chapter 10 of the Singapore Stock Exchange Listing
Rules.
