As usual you are talking about fully developed businesses. When you are negotiating as an emerging but not fully developed biotech you don't publicly set out your weaknesses and challenges so the other side has you by the 'short and curlies'.

It is so disingenuous that you even say that, I'm sometimes aghast and agape with the propositions you put forward as if it's perfectly reasonable in the commercial and highly sensitive and competitive environment that MSB is operating in.
