That's right. The way I remember it, EML announced that the CBI had not discovered any illegal transactions, and that there were no ongoing limits to program expansions. That said, the remediation process was still going to play out and a lot of investors, me included, didn't interpret that announcement in that manner.
EML has stated they expect the matter to be finalised by June 30.
The company can ill afford more bad news. It's make or break time, as you've clearly pointed out.
