It is a small unlisted fund though. The Macquarie Alpha Opportunities Fund jumped 18 places to first spot with a return of 32.2 per cent in 15/16, beating 136 others, while Macquarie's High Conviction Fund landed in fifth place with an 18.6 per cent return.
I'm going to take up the offer I think, Long/Shorts should perform a bit better in wilder swings than long only, and markets seem too pumped and expensive to go long only.
