    The market fails to recognize the company's assets valuation into the share price.

    Eden might reduce the offer down to 31c, with high oil price AMU net cash should go up well over $20M by June to pay 3c dividends.

    It is a no brainer for shareholders to YES to the scheme of arrangement of 33-34c per share.
