The story re ship shortage was featured in 'The Australian' on May 22nd. It said 'BHP had booked all vailable Cape vessels for next six months.' FMG never denied or confirmed this allegation re no spare ships available.Instead article quoted Mr Forrest as saying he wanted a 'truce' with BHP. i wonder what he meant?
I rang the newspaper and they said their source was from Loyds in london. I simply posted the story here on HC.
So don't BS i invented this story.
If you rang FMG today and they def said there is NO shortage of ships to cart their product one should assume they are being truthfull. They should state this on their website and publicly confirm they will meet 20m target of exports by 31/12/08. FMG are very well aware of article in 'The Aus.'
I don't believe anything is untoward regarding the FMG rail system.
