so our big problem has been that the market just can't believe that Haber is a "real" thing....that will really happen.
l thought that SE1 wagina would be a catalyst for a re-rate but nothing happened, l was completely wrong about that.
OK, so going by the Euroz comments, looks like getting that deal with Koch from non binding, to binding could be the message to the market we are looking for!
