for what's its worth have provided the comp below. My view now (and yes it keeps changing!) is either they hit the 50m milestone or not...
Downside is a couple of years of declining market size in the US (with some growth internally) and fading market share as a result of generics out to 2020...
Base is the much the same but with a couple of percent market share upside before the fade sets in... so they hit the US$50m milestone...
