The figures state that around 13-14% of the issued stock is in a short position. Does this mean that:
1. 20+ million shares have been borrowed, sold and now there's a requirement to be repurchased at some stage?
2. 20+ million shares have been borrowed and are yet to be sold?
3. a mix of the above?
4. none of the above?
