    Last post on HC for this stock was the 16/11/09.Appears little interest so I thought this may alert holders.!!!!

    Just read the results of the AGM and the last resolution ( ie No 4) was defeated, ie the 75m shares to Macquarie.

    Appears they have someone else willing to finance the whole $45US required.
    Could be good news coming IMHO.
