    Im suprised that qpn is not trading above 2 cents atm being so close to knowing the results of this drill.
    It seems that many investors are not willing to take the risk with qpn.
    I look at the volume traded every day and it looks like to me that many of the buys and sells are the same traders geting in and out for little or no profit.
