It's hard to know what is in people's minds.
It occurred to me if you wanted to stop the KAH/EXT merger one way you could do it is to buy heavily into KAH and then vote the merger down from within KAH.
Let's say you are Niger U (currently holds 17.5% of KAH) how much would you need to control that vote?
Keep in mind that here at EXT we need not only to get more than 75% of the shares in favour (74% of the shares is not enough and it will be defeated), we also need more than 50% of shareHOLDERS to vote in favour.
What are the rules in London? Maybe Stalker is closer than we think to being able to defeat the merger? If it is like Australia then he only needs 26% and he can defeat the proposal.
That is only another 8.5%
If I am right, why would he do this?
