And given that Acrux have not replaced the CEO nor their BDM, nor seemingly putting much effort into pipeline and then they got the approval for extn from USPTO, wouldn't that make a lovely little takeover target? because lets face it, it would prob be cheaper for Lilly to take them out than pay the royalties....and wouldn't a certain Broker House want to be soaking up as many shares as poss this side of Xmas???? - especially given that delicious Tax Free Status.
