MD can be removed as Director as was seen at FPL with some effort. It is not hard to do just requires someone with the proven skills to do it. I have those skills and removed numerous other bastards on Boards of some of the largest and cut throat companies to minnows like FPL which had our MD as its Chairman.

Our MD has no right to give Mac Group an Underwriting agreement to steal our company away at just 10c now after the failed takeover and to the same group. Its shameful, deceptive, illegal, and immoral. It cannot be allowed to happen and if it does to have it reversed by rule of law and shareholders can vote their dismay at AGM on the matter of the issue of those especially placement shares.
